There was very little about flying model aircraft to my mind. I think the producers were more interested in implying that by having German & British RC pilots flying the models they could somehow reproduce (re-live) the experiences of the life and death battle itself of which there is precious little surviving footage.

The foamy PSS models had considerably high power to weight ratio than the full size machines. One seemed to be almost prop hanging while 'taking off!'
Having said the above, I probably will watch the next episode. Though more in hope than anticipation!
