Hi All,

I'm fitting the moving parts to the DG1000 at the minute and wanted to get opinion on tape versus silicon hinges!!!!!! I've got both but the tape is very obvious on the wing and I though the silicon strip might be better looking, but could affect performance in the air?...

Thanks

Stephen

Hi Stephen,

If you don't want to see the hinges, you can use the covering to make the hinge.
Saying that, you can't really beat silicone hinges! (make sure you buy "real" silicone)
Easy, quick to do, and extremly reliable  :D
