Hi all. New to the forum. I'm near slane co.meath. i found a reasonable place:Dropped pin
https://maps.app.goo.gl/Y4A7ZQ2iunGn9EXHAIts a few km west of slane. It would only be good for northerly winds though. There is a higher spot just to the south of the road there and it has a fairy fort surrounded by furze. Its private land which is a pity because its southern slope is nice. The lad i run with knows the owner and said "ah you'd be grand!" so there may need to be a follow up.....

The hill of slane is ok too for easterlies and southerlies. Parking is there and public access. I tried sloping my foamie glider when i was starting out and it did ok in the easterly wind! Someone with bigger and better gliders should have no problem.
