the last picture is how i keep the wings on i'm using cup hooks and a couple of pieces of carbon


and this is where the battery goes in the canopy

hardest part now is sitting waiting for the wind to come back to the north or west  :!:  :!:  :!:  :!:  :!:

sorry guys i'm a bit late with the update and photo's



all ready to go all up weight is 428g and it took 70g of lead to get the cg set
now i'm using the main spar for the cg but the weight could change after a few flights


i'm using 4 turnigy tgy-1440a mirco servo's, a 350mah flightpower 7.4 lipo battery with a 6v regulator and an orange rx

i was in with bill ervine the other day and he has some nice transparent oracover first time i've ever seen clear covering but it's £17.99 for a 2m roll  

i'm sure terry would be delighted to make a glider Ireland logo

i have the servo's installed in the fuselage and i'm now putting servo's in the wings more photo's soon

hey john i'm planning on using a couple of cup hooks on the wings  and a small rubber band or O ring to hold it together

another question fred what about the position of the CG i'm gonna put a tow hook on mine and use the bungee  :clap:

i've only flown the model about 10 times and the last time i had it out was february last year it's been hanging up in the shed ever since

i have the building instructions for the plane and the manual for the engine

as well as building the quark i'm still workin away at the wing
it's sheeted with 1/64 ply and this stuffs expensive it's nearly £18 for a 12" x 36" sheet so i made sure and measured it right  :lol:
