The urge to glue some wood... And the idea of a new PSS project... But what? ;D
-
Mustang?
-
That looks like a Meatbox canopy. One of the early models. A Gloucester Meteor peut etré
Come on, giz-a-clue!
-
Moi je sais 8)
-
Sorry John and Bill, not them :)
The pilot give away the era. I have to say, far from my favourite plane era :)
-
Pilot looks wrong for a p38 but the canopy is suggesting this???? to me anyway
-
Actually, the canopy looks closer to a P51D one I think. Or a Meteor.
Ok, pretty much anything with a bubble canopy! :)
The P38 canopy has more frames.
-
Massive clue!!
The elevator and the color scheme. Should be a bit lighter in color to be scale, but for a prototype, that will do :)
-
de Havilland Venom 8)
-
Sorry, no ;)
-
The Vamp then, it has to be! :P
-
Sorry no :(
But that gives me some nice ideas! :)
-
A10 warthog?
-
I think we may have a winner!!!
-
Indeed!
We do have a winner! I knew it was too easy with the elevator :'( Well done John!
-
A bit of progress today, with the fuselage done!
Next, the wings. Should be quick :)
Really like it now :)
-
Wahou il est où le mien 8)
-
Dans ta tête >:D
Alright, Feck it, finished building the wings after diner!
Covering left to do. Maybe tonight :)
-
Cool. 3D printed fans?
-
Thanks, they are but badly!
They did not rescale properly but kept them anyway. Once painted, that should do the trick :)
Anyway, covering done!
One massive mistake at the root, did not doubled the rib, forgot, and it warped :(
-
A couple more.
Now, need to find a scheme for it! :-\
-
Looking good, now for some Guns!!!! lotsa guns
-
Hello Fred,
-
OK, j'avais donc bien vu! Je suis ta construction, vivement le 1er vol.

fred it’s got to be a kit

-
::) ::)Thanks Mick. We'll see after number 2 is built, but number 1 needs to fly first!! :-\
Anyway, works continue while waiting for a decent weather.
Just have to plug one servo, and do the CofG and we are ready to commit aviation!
-
Super ton avion à facettes :) :) :) tu as reçu ton colis mon gros ?
-
Je l'ai construit en basse résolution :)
Non, rien reçu ma tafiolle. Ça va les vacances au fait? :)
-
Ok so, I'm sure you are wondering how I made these wonderful panel lines :)
Kind of a Chinese RTF effect :)
I think I found THE method that will give the "old" way of using a marker a boot.. At least for me! I finally found what I was looking for for a few years, and so far, I never found anybody else who tried, or even mentionned it.
Here is how:

You're welcome! ::)

Woo Fred,

-
It was a large closet :)
Anyway, works continues seeing the great weather we are having!
Made the wing pods (oops, forgot about them!)
-
Looking good Fred. it'll be ready for weekend?
-
Thanks John :)
I'll have it with me, hopefully good for the first flight :)
-
And she flew!
Non event, a bit on the light side, but looks great in the air.
Happy!
