Futaba 2.4 Fasst Reciever (6-8 channel)

Hi all,

I am looking for a Futaba 2.4 Fasst Reciever preferrably 6 channel (7 or 8 channel is fine too). R606FS is the name of one i have already.

If anyone is thinking of selling one otherwise I will have a look around the internet to see. Any goods sites you can recommend maybe?

Hi Anthony,
There are gallons of them on Ebay. I use the original Ebay (USA) site as most of the sellers will export to Europe. And one, ‘powerhobby2’ gives free shipping.

I’ve bought 10 new Futaba rx’s off the internet/Ebay and never had a problem with any of them. Average price was about $75 including shipping

Just done a quick comparison Anthony, for my own interest. :wink:

(Futaba don’t make the 606 rx any more)

The average price for a R617FS rx, (7channel)  that I can find outside Europe is around $85 incl shipping. (About £56)

By comparison, S.M.C. in England have just reduced the price of their 617’s from £70 to £58. Although there would be shipping costs from England to go on top of that figure.

I can remember when Futaba 2.4 rx's were nearly a hundred quid each.
(OOooppppsss, I feel another grey hair growing! :cry: )

Thanks Keith, I think most place are around £65-£75 + postage. Will have a look on ebay and see what's available.
