1/3 scale Lo100
« on: May 28, 2016, 12:30:19 PM »
After almost 6 years on a shelf, I decided to get the big Lo100 another go.
A bit of paint, and as it looks like summer is back, a big clean up outside!
I forgot it was that big!
Anyway, CofG to do, a bit of small bits there and there, and it is ready to hit the slopes again! :)

You really want to miss the slopes Fred, not hit them! Hitting results in hours of repairs  ::) That would be such a waste of a beautiful model

The LO100 is a lovely model, ideal for someone with Fred's ability to make a nice short kit!

I tangent the Planet :)

Thanks Alistair. Hmmm, Maybe not this size, maybe more in 1/4 scale.
The problem I have, is that it is very hard for me to source / make canopies :(
Making the kit, not an issue, but the plastic stuff is hard or expensive to get :(

Anyway, Lo100 ready to fly!
8.5Kgs. Just a bit of blue paint to add on the canopy frame to hide the glue.
