1979 F3F Nordic Championship in Iceland

I recently got my hands on some older slope videos and thought you'd like to have a look at one.
It's been 35 years, well 36 this summer, and there you can also see the first electric model that flew in Iceland, at 1:13, owned by a Norwegian competitor.

Very nice footages Sverrir!      Enjoyed that!
Nice slope too! Are you still flying it?
Education is important, but flying RC planes and gliders is importanter!

Probably the best in Iceland, yes and no, it is best in westerly winds and sadly we haven't had much of them in the last years. I'm still waiting for a chance to fly it.   :?

Got an email from Kaj who won the 1979 competition and he included a picture of the trophy.
