Been taking a closer look at some sites along the south coast and took couple of mates on a road trip last week. We started at
Kambar before turning towards the south coast.

Hills near lake Hlíðarvatn where next on the list, nice for south wind and the hills are about 100 meters in height. As the wind had turned to blow along them we didn't ascend at this time but continued driving.
After checking few trails we arrived at Krýsuvíkurbjarg. There the road goes almost to the cliff edge that is open to the south and has a nice gras covered landing strip facing it.

All in all a good trip that turned up a few more places to look at.
